If you have setup bullet to use your mail you will. If not you won't.
If you click on the inv on the right you'll see comments. You can click on that you'll see read receipts etc.
  4. i don't understand what you mean by "setup bullet to use your mail" could you clarify, please?
  5. I am delving deeper and I am figuring some stuff out
  6. i think i understand

You have two options when sending invoices.
You can make Bullet send the invoice through your email account (Settings / Email Preferences)
You can make Bullet send invoices through Bullets email account (default).
If you send the invoice through 2 we won't be able to tell the bounce. If you send it though 2 you will.

  8. i got it, only just now seen the preferences that let you use your own email to send the invoices... Thanks
  9. This may seem like a silly question but if you send from your own email server, do you still get the functionality of seeing who opened the invoices?

Yep, but if send the invoice as a PDF you won't.
