    Yeah, don't take me wrong I love you guys, but that just doesn't sound professional, and I'm just a single sole trader, think about when a large company accountant reads that stuff. Deception should never be an answer even if they don't pay you in time. You should be more professional than that.     The idea in that article is that rather than the email coming from farkas@denesgergo.com, the email comes from finance@denesgergo.com - this means the reminder "does come from your personally", and when you next call the client, you can always say someone in the office sent that reminder out

    I understand that, but maybe then you can use a different word instead of "fake"
