Bank Reconciliation: How do I import a bank transaction file via Excel?

The lines that has no values in the money out or in columns were causing the problem.  Any line in the file that isn’t blank, we expect to see a value in either the money in or out columns.  I’ve attached a file where I’ve removed those offending lines, and it should upload for you now.
