Hello, Sorry to bother you with another question. Just got a mail from Revenue to say that we needed to return our RTD to get back some money from Revenue. Is that our P35L form we need to upload?

Hi John,
VAT RTD is a sales tax return for products/services from other EU states.
You can learn a little more about it here on our community site
Bullet doesn’t automate this return, nor create a report for it (which is the same as automating the return).
Hope that helps.

Pete

Hi Pete, so if I don't have any sales to other EU countries, we return a NIL?

I'm actually not too sure John. I know it was a stupidly complex return to complete so people ignored it, and then Revenue started pushing it.
Probably best a question for your accountant. We're not going to do any more tax return automations in Ireland for the next while.
    Tks Pete

    Oh OK thanks Pete.

Cool. Sadly people starting out don't realise that and tax is a hard sell. So we stopped :(

Oh you're kidding. But it takes all the pain away

Tax is the biggest pain in the butt ever

Well I hope clients elsewhere realise the value.

Hope so too. But after 6 years. People still ask about claiming coffees and still won't bother claiming mileage.
