Hello, I had a company on my account which we;ve been doing work with for the past year, they were set up as a recurring invoice, that agreement was being suspended so I ‘deleted’ their recurring invoice thinking it would stop future invoices, but, it seems to have deleted all our their invoices for the year (2016) – Is there a way to reinstate this invoice setting on recurring invoices?

Hi. You can cancel the recurring invoices and keep the historical data, but you must have clicked delete all.
There’s no way to restore those invoices I’m afraid.
You’ve asked Bullet to remove all data. You can create a new recurring invoice with an end date.

Let me know how that works out. Just the one recurring invoice, and make it auto paid.
    Hope that helps. Pete.

So. if i date it from Jan 06 to September 06 and say 'auto-paid' then the client won't get a copy automatically.

Is there any way to retrieve statements?

No. The client doesn't get anything unless you send it to the client. You'll see the option at the end of the workflow to 'submit to accounts'.
No retrieval you've removed the data so we've cleared reports etc as requested.

    OK. Thanks.

Sure. It's just one recurring invoice you need to create. Just make sure your start and end dates are right. Remember if you get it wrong. You can just delete it.
