Hi, do the emails we get via intercom go to all users?

I don't know what you mean about to all users.

We take any chats that aren't private ie numbers, payroll but are about the app or accounts and put them on the community site so others can learn from it.

Nope, only the person who engages with Bullet chat directly gets it. So your accountant or any other member of staff won't receive the support chat.
