    I don't know what you mean about to all users.

    We take any chats that aren't private ie numbers, payroll but are about the app or accounts and put them on the community site so others can learn from it.
    How come?

    Sorry, the mail response I sent to you yesterday. When you talked about a mail I was thinking a mail from Bullet system to all the Bullet users (5k) You're just talking about this convo.
    Nope, only the person who engages with Bullet chat directly gets it. So your accountant or any other member of staff won't receive the support chat.
