Hi Guys, I have sent some invoice using the invoice template as I would like to get notification on when these are opened. Is it possible to change the email address that appears in the email to client – john@mail135-18.atl141.mandrillapp.com [mailto:john@mail135-18.atl141.mandrillapp.com] On Behalf Of john@thedigitalbakery.ie? I am concenrened that it may look like spam.

Two things
– When we send an mail we change the header to tell the email client that the emails are from John@xyz.com. That’s pretty standard. We use a product called Mandrill for sending mails, we’ve a score of about 99.7% meaning all the spam filters out there will be pretty sure we’re safe 
– If you want to send mails from your own mail server you can. Click on theCog in the top menu, click Email Preferences and you can enter your own Email Setting there. Note any issue we have around invoices and spam is usually when someone uses this option.
