Hi, I am new to Bullet, I made a invoice template but the PDF download is not same as I made? The banner is not showing in the PDF format

So there is a reason we took the banner out of the PDF was because of printing. People’s clients were complaining about toner being used. Also a lot of bigger companies use software to read invoices so we wanted the pdf to system focused.  
But, when you send the invoice people see the header image, it’s just when they print it or download it they don’t. 
Do you like the header? We’re just about to review its success we thought it was a great way to reinforce brand and upsell services.
