Hi. I seem to be invoiced from bullet twice each month and I do not know what the €4.99 ex vat one is for. It isn’t showing up on my account details and I don’t receive an invoice for it. Can you help as it is an invoice missing from my accounts each month. Regards, Denise Dawson

    Hi D,

    You have two companies below is the billing for both - the "Cloud App" is free. You can see your billing by simply going to Setting > Account Details you can also delete them there too.

    HI D,
    We also noticed that you've turned off email notifications hence why you're not getting anything. If you need the invoice for your accounts, you can find them in the Settings > Account Details.
