Hi Stephen,
Just hit the Cmd + R keys, to refresh the software. We did a big release and your machine might be cashing old screens. 
Do it a couple of times and everything should work.

    No, you don't need to do that just refresh it a good couple of times to flush out the old software.

    It's still not working - refreshed 12 times. Every time I press review it loads and stays on the same page?

    Hi Stephen, Jenna,
    It looks like some of the clients names were copied from a website, when that happens you can copy "special characters", and they can cause problems with the preview.

    We've cleaned it up for you now.
