Hi Pete, I received a payment today for an invoice that was due for payment in March last year. I allocated teh payment but I forgot to set the payment date to today’s date. I have tried to delete the payment in order to re-allocate the payment using today’s date but it wold let me. It’s saying that I cannot delete the payment as we have already filed the tax return. The invoice number is 3883. Is there anything that you can do on your end in relation to deleting the payment?

    Sorry not March last year. It was due March this year.

Hi. Click tax, the vat period, on the right mark as unpaid (make a note of the payment date and account)
Delete payment, edit payments.
Click tax, the vat period, on the right mark as paid.
That’s it.
