Hi Emer,
Sorry for the delay on this. I just needed to check.
You don’t charge VAT to UK companies if your Irish based. So pick Zero.
You can only (usually) charge VAT in the country that the registered company exists in.

    Also you need to take a note of the companies vat number. You can add that to the invoice notes post sending.
