Let me ping this to John and he’ll let you know it’s pretty rare that people don’t pay USC.

    If you import the P2C file from ROS for the employee, then Bullet will handle it. We don't let people enter usc/tax exempt tax details manually, since many people were doing this when they weren't given specific instruction from revenue, so now we only allow it by import of the P2C file, to guarantee that we're only processing wages exempt of USC/PAYE when instructed from revenue.
    You should be able to login to ROS and download the P2C file for your employee.
