Missing categories & amounts from the P&L sheet (reports section)

Missing categories – Free Online Small Business Accounting Software Questions & Answers

For clarity: Categories missing from P&L are rent, phone, miscellaneous, etc. They figure as ‘money out’ in the itemized expenses list and under suppliers, etc, but somehow don’t make it to the P&L in the reports section so money spent is not accounted for and the total sum is inaccurate.
