Hi There I am trying to set up my accounting here ,and who is Acne corporation ? was not suppose to be my business name there?

    it looks like i enter all my invoices and sale into Acne corporation ,so I've to arease it all and start again under new companies name is that correct??

No. Just change your company name Acne is like Joe blogs.
Click on the settings, and you can change your company info there. There will be also be a todo.
You can find all the invoice settings into in Invoice Settings.

    Well your not registered for Vat and you've setup a Vat registered about. So all your accounts will be wrong.

    If that's the case and your not creating invoices prior to June 1.
    Then just use your company tax number it's more then likely that will be your vat number. You can always change it later.

    yes that's exactly what will happen ,once I receive it I incorporate it on the site ,also can you tell me how to make sure that vat calculation is made on accrual basis please

    Revenue define when your vat payments are due. There is a default period that Bullet sets it at.
    You can see the periods in the Tax section. You can also change them there, but again Revenue set this period.
    Vat returns are automatically generated and will appear in your todo and Tax section.
