Hi, for some reason the email invoice isn’t working for me. i’ve checked junk mail also and its not in there. any ideas?

Hi Siobhan,
Did you setup the invoices to come from Bullet or your own email service?

    hmm honestly can't remember but i think i chose the bullet option. how do i double check?

    If you click on the cog you'll see Email Preferences. If the fields are blank let me know.
    We heavily test our email delivery. It's showing no errors are the moment. I'll send you a test invoice now.

    perfect thanks. i actually found that and changed it. i did have it set up as coming from my server but hadn't got it set up from properly clearly
