Hi,
I gave you the invoices and instructions in the previous mail. Did you have an issues setting up your email?
Pete
I follow the steps you gave me, but unfortunately nobody is getting the emails with the invoices not even myself.
I could print them but its just very inconvinient for me and my clients. Its better to receive the email.
What can i do?
Let me thanks very much.

Someone just tried to sign in to your Google Account rexx@gmail.com from an app that doesn't meet modern security standards.

We strongly recommend that you use a secure app, like Gmail, to access your account. All apps made by Google meet these security standards. Using a less secure app, on the other hand, could leave your account vulnerable. Learn more.
Google stopped this sign-in attempt, but you should review your recently used devices:

After you changed the port are the invoice sending now?
Thanks Pete
Here is me sending a test mail from my own account. But the test I ran on her account didn't work for me. Let me try something else.
Pete
I'm going to remove Laura's SMTP setting and revert back to Bullet's email. That means she'll be able to sent invoices, but they won't come from gmail id
Anyway it's working now so she can send invoices. I've also deleted our test invoices. I've also removed the big default header image on the invoices too.
We'll have a look at the gmail issues, but we've 1,000's of accounting using gmail and this is the only issue we're getting.
Hope that helps.
So Lou from test thinks she's found the issue.
If you want to go back to gmail - you'll need to turn on allowing "less secure apps" in her google settings. Google calls every app that isnt their own "less secure" so it is off by default.
That might be the issue, it's definitely on the Google side.
Thanks Pete & Lou
