204Mileage expenses60Hi, I’ve been chatting about VAT breakdowns and RTD and different VAT rates within invoices earlier this year with you. I’m checking in to see if there is any progress on addressing some of these issues. Basically, my IT business provides both products and services so I use both vat rates. I produce a lot of small invoices throughout the year so impractical to go through manually. I also use UK and worldwide suppliers so I also had to troll through all bills. The RTD took me over a month of late nights to get sorted manually and now the CSO are looking for details that I can best find through my VAT returns breakdown. Unfortunately I can’t access this in Bullet as it was just a downloadable file. I need to know the annual breakdown for box T1. Is there anything in motion to address these issues?
