Hi Conor,

That’s pretty simple to include VAT in the total of the invoice template, simply select ‘Yes‘, in the ‘Prices Include VAT‘, option when you’re creating your invoices.
Hope that helps, here is a little animation to show you.

    Hi Conor,

When you setup your Bullet account did you select Vat Registered? If you're unsure of this if you click on Tax Overview (https://accounts-app.bullethq.com/taxes/index.page) you should see Vat returns there.

  3. I have become VAT registered since I registered for Bullet, is it possible to update my company profile retrospectively?
    Thanks

    Hi Conor,

Can you just send me the email that you registered your account with and I'll have a look.

    Cheers

    Hi Conor,

We need to know your VAT number, and the date from which your VAT registration became active (revenue would have sent him this information). Once we have that, we can change your setup to VAT registered.

    Hi Peter,

I am just starning with my business and BulletHQ.
When I was registering with you I probably put Yes to VAT registration.
I do not need it, im not VAT registered, as planned.

Could you help me with deleting VAT registration.

    Thank you

    Hi N,

We should be able to do that for you. So I have some questions.

    - Did you deregister for VAT or never registered for VAT?
    - What email is the account setup under please.

    Cheers

    Hi Peter,

I was not ever registered for VAT.
It was just the plan to register for VAT.
    My login email is npischanska@gmail.com.

Thank you for your assistance again

    No problem Nataliia,

You know we automate VAT returns so there is very little work involved now for the benefit of claiming your VAT.

I'll get that done tonight for you.

    Cheers

Hi Peter,

Hope all is well. I registered for VAT on the first of December 2014 and my VAt number is 7596150J.
I would like to be able to use the feature where I add VAT to my invoices. I looked at the Help answers https://www.bullethq.com/community/question/add-vat-to-invoice-free-accounting-software/#comment-270  but it seems like since I didn’t originally sign up with VAT that you need to do some admin jiggly magic thing.

Could you help me with this?
Thanks so much!

Hi Zoe,

Sure we’ll get this done for you. I need a couple of answers from you.
1) What is the email address you used to setup the accounts?
2) How often have you to pay VAT (it will be on that document the revenue sent you)?
Cheers
Pete

The email is info@zoecarol.com and it says "By the 19th day of the month following the end of each two month taxable period (Jan/Feb, March/April and so on)".

    Hope that helps,
    Thanks,
    Zoë
