Hi, is it possible to make Bullet calculate my VAT return based on the invoices that I have issued as opposed to calculating it based on the invoices that have actually been paid by my customers?

Hi there,
The default is cash receipts basis. We can change your account to invoice basis if you wish. Click on the (?) in the top bar in bullet and ask to be changed to invoice basis. We don’t allow people to change this themselves, as changing it by accident can cause problems.
