Can I edit VAT rates?

As a Management I’d like the flexibility to add/edit/change VAT rates. Is this possible?

    Hi Pete,

Are you based in Ireland or else where?

Hi Peter,
Ireland: We have an Irish Specific Product all the VAT rates are hard coded here, they only change when revenue change
International: We have an International Product where you can set your own Sales Tax and Mileage Rates.
Hope that helps, if you’re managing multi company or multiple users you can do that easily from the one dashboard. Irish, and International accounts are separate.
Cheers
Pete

    Hi Pete
The flexibility on the International sounds great. I clicked on the International Product link in your response, logged in and set up a new company but there was no option to make it international.

How can I access the international product?

    Thanks
    Peter

    Hi Pete,

The link brings you to the international product, there is no other international product. We keep them separate.

    Hi Pete
I wish you were right! :-)
Both links (Irish Specific Product and International Product) open a window with a URL of https://www.bullethq.com/.
In theory at least, could I use the international peoduct for an Irish company, if I wanted flexibility on my VAT codes?

    Sorry Peter,

Your browser is redirecting you to the Irish product.

    Int: https://www.bullethq.com/
    Irish: https://www.bullethq.com/

You see when you login at the bottom "Not from Ireland? Login here" or "From Ireland? Login here"

You can't edit the Irish VAT Rates, but you can edit the Int Sales Tax Rates.

    Hope that helps.

    Pete

    Pete
    Got it! Thank you.
I had to sign-up as international to get access. I now have an Irish and an Int. login. Is this correct? I used the same password and username.

    Great.

Yep you can use the same U & P but they're separate products so there is no link between the two, but if you've more companies to add to each INT or IRL you can do that easily.
