Hi,
Great, shame they don’t give it to every small business then they’d need never audit again 🙂

  • Sales invoices are invoices you send (your list of invoices)
  • Purchase invoices are things you buy bills (money out)
  • Payments in is money in (they might be talking about a bank rec – not to sure)
  • Payments out is bills (money out)

They’re old accounting terms we hide from you cause they don’t make sense to humans 🙂
Tell them their are full management reports that they can drill down into also. You’ll find them in Accountant & Reports at the top.

    Can I suggested trying to link up with the LEO's? They end up talking to every small business!! I've been raving about your product. Every other small business I tell them to "just sign up, you wont regret it"
    Anyway.. They are gone now but I need to send the the invoice listing. Do I copy and paste each page of invoices into xl? See we have a VAT Credit at the moment and thats what flagged them to come out to us. HOW do they then seen the VAT collected? They have to go into each invoice? Thanks

    The LEOs can't push product. They usually get accountants in to talk about accounting. They hate bullet. It automates accounts.
    Just click invoices and export.
    In fact If you go to settings you can export all the areas they're looking for.
    They're revenue they'll know what's collected or not.
