Good morning, just a question about Stripe integration: Look what happened to my Stripe payments list since I moved to Bullet. Do you have plans to add more meaningful titles to the payments you generate?

Thanks, it's just on of those small details.

    No problem.

Another question about Stripe payment: it would be great if clients could also choose the amount they want to pay.
It saves time creating a single invoice from an estimate and letting clients to make part payments. I usually take 2 to 3 payments for a single projects and it is quite common among creatives as far as I know.
  4. Peter Connor January 9, 2016
    That's a good point. It's very common.

Mobile and normal payment view from Wave Apps.
The payment amount defaults to the amount due on the invoice so they can still pay with a single click but they can change the amount. Thanks.

We do that same on the Rec. Well have a look at that.

Do you run a busy practice?
  8. focuswe January 9, 2016
Not exactly. :) I'm on my own.

Pefect. What would be the 3 main things in running your company that you'd like to remove or make disappear with a magic wand.
  10. focuswe January 9, 2016
    That's easy:
    1. Administration with setting up new clients (Quote, Contract, Invoice, Communication tools, Contact on my phone, etc...)
    2. Meetings in person with local clients
    3. Chasing unresponsive clients
    Other contenders:
    - Waiting for Stripe or cheque payment to appear on my account
    - Constantly running after new clients that takes away from actual work

Background: I'm a one person web designer mainly with local clients and also a startup (started 2 years ago), my business just started to pick up some pace.

Cool - thanks for that. We're looking to bring out a service where you can get an unlimited Virtual Ass for a fixed fee.
It will be delivered over a Bullet app similar to Whatsapp, and Bullet will be built into it. Everyone seems to have the same problem. So we're trying to remove stress without having to build complex text.
Sometimes the easiest solution is just more hands.
  13. focuswe January 9, 2016
I see. I was considering hiring a virtual assistant a few times already, what stopped me is to find a reliable one for an affordable fee.
I'm also afraid of quality (if the virt. ass. is communicating with clients by sending docs) and communication overhead (it's almost as long to explain than to do it).
  14. Peter Connor January 9, 2016
True, but there are probably a lot of tasks that that can be outsourced leaving you time to focus on the ones that can't be.
What kind of price would you pay for you?
  15. focuswe January 9, 2016
I was always thinking of an hourly rate and it would be somewhere between €10-20 / hour
  16. Peter Connor January 9, 2016
Cool. We were looking to do a fixed fee of 99 a month
  17. focuswe January 9, 2016
That would be something I would consider paying, providing the system and service is good.
  18. focuswe January 9, 2016
When I was thinking of outsourcing, I thought of getting help for 1-2 hours a week and it would work out similarly. If you provide unlimited availability for the same cost, it sounds like a better value.
  19. focuswe January 9, 2016
But again, I'm still suspicious about how things would work out. ;)
  20. Peter Connor January 9, 2016
Well like I said. Something's you can't out source. Well let you know when it's live.

    Thanks
