You know you can claim the journey from your home to the office. 
But adding the home buttons are a good idea. We’re looking to review the Mileage app and just integrate it into your calendar. So you won’t need to enter it into the mileage app.

    Not sure if that's a typo, but I thought you couldn't claim home > office? Either way, I guess I mean having buttons for "frequent locations" maybe? Places you regular start or end a trip.

    No you can't, sorry I was asking a question.
    What about not having to have button at all, it just takes it from your calendar!

    As in from my own calendar app? It just looks for appointments that day and their location and calculates mileage from there?

    Yep. So in a lot of calendar apps you can put in the location of your meeting. We take that and do all the mileage automatically. Then you just approve at the end of the month :)

    I like that idea as I am trying to rely on my calendar for as much as possible. I think it would be good to still have the interface to edit or add mileage manually but if everything was automatically imported it would be great.

    On the topic of calendars, it would be great to then automatically add entries in a designated calendar. Things payments in and out etc.

    Sorry, that last message wasn't clear. It would be great if entries were automatically added to your calendar when you filed various forms such as P30s or VAT3s. Similarly if you added a bill or payed a salary.

    Yep fully automatic. Mileage is a cash cow for reducing your tax. People, never ever bother with it. They spend all their time talking about claiming coffees, which you can't do by the way.
    That's a good idea. We have the todo's to alert people of up and coming items. But, the calendar intergration is a good idea.

    Yes, having just gotten caught with a (small) CT bill, I now see the importance of claiming mileage!
