bullethq fee as expneses – Free Online Small Business Accounting Software Questions & Answers

Hello,
I’m paying every month 6,14€ for extra services of Bullethq. I was wondering if it’s possible to include them automatically as expenses (money out) instead of having to take a picture of the invoice on the website to upload it afterwards.

Hi Marcos,
The easiest way to do this is to record the expense using a recurring bill.  Click ‘Add a Bill/Expense’ under Money Out on the left-hand menu, then select ‘Setup a recurring bill’.  Fill in the details, save, and then the bill will be automatically generated every month.  You can also use the free Cloud Storage feature to attach the PDF bill each month.
