    We use shopify which bills usd every month i have to go to my bank account which quotes the exchange euro to usd

    Well banks don't make it easy. They also hide their fees.
    The upside is we handle all the tax (if you make money on the fx your taxed) we also handle how it goes it into your accounts.

    Your expenses can by found by going to wages, employees, clicking your name and then on the right you'll see expenses.

    Just normal bills of personal expenses.

    If it's bills you can export them all if you click on money out you'll see the export mode
