Hi guys! Happy New year to you! I’m currently reviewing my accounts and have a problem with adding payslips. They are managed externally by accounting company and amounts in payslips don’t match amounts that Bullet generates. Is there a way to enter them manually?

You’ll need to use manually journal entries. But your accountants will need to advise.
Why don’t you use Bullet’s payroll. It’s all automated.
Pete.

  1. Pete, Main reason is that they use single system for all of their customers for payroll. Either way, I can't reproduce numbers they send me in payrolls with Bullet system
  2. There is something off in tax calculation
  3. Peter Connor February 12, 2017
Nope, probably off on their numbers.
  4. Would you suggest I turn off wages module then? Since I'm not going to switch my accountants just for that
  5. Peter Connor February 12, 2017
Probably. But, then you turn it off you want be able to do personal expenses or anything in the payroll section.
  6. Is there a way to manually mark wages/expenses paid? Without affecting taxes calculation

Manual Journal Entries by passes our workflows. But if you don't know that I wouldn't try and use them
  8. Obviously, I will have to enter taxes manually as well.

You'll make a mess of it, so I'd invite your accountant into a Bullet and let them do it.
  10. Yes, with manual journal entries there is a good chance to mess it up. :)

    Ha ha.
  12. Thanks! I'll see what I can do and if it doesn't work as I want, I'll let them handle this pain

Why not just use Bullet. How many are doing payroll for.
  14. For me - just myself. But that would mean I will have to do it completely myself.
  15. Peter Connor February 12, 2017
But. Bullet automate 100% or payroll, all mid year and end of year tax returns.
  16. I would agree if numbers would match.
  17. But if that would be the case, I wouldn't be bothering you on January 2nd :)

Well our numbers are always right it's heavenly tested.
