Hi, Can you tell me please how to do the following (you told me a long time ago but I forget). We had an employee who left but has now rejoined us. So he still shows on our system but is terminated. How do I add him again?

It is asking me to sign in. When I put the email address and password (the one I always use to sign into Bullet) it is telling me it's wrong.

    Hi,
So you should be able to access all your previous support calls. Here is how you do it. The convo was 7mts ago.
I can run through it with you again.

Are you rehiring them in 2016, or did you rehire them in 2015?

If you edit the employee, blank out the end date and save the employee, you'll be able to start recording payslips for them again.

Okay I will try that now thanks.

Just a quick question. When I pulled in the P2C from Revenue I notice they have put RCT guys on the list. These guys shouldn't be on our payroll system. Does that mean we will be charged for them? Can I delete them or do I have to go through the termination and P45 process?

Ok, you'll have to terminate them. You wont get charged then.

    Okay thanks for your help.
