Hi Loretta,
Are you sending the invoice through Bullets email server or are you using your own?

    Hi Loretta,
    You're trying to send invoice through your gmail account but you haven't filled in any of the information needed, that's why it's not working.
    Go back to Settings > Email Preferences and enter the correct information.
    Here are the gmail settings.

    No problem. I don't understand?
    You have to tell Bullet what email service your using. That's what the screen above is for, to tell Bullet to use gmail.

    Sure. If you click on settings in the top right you'll see on the right mention Email Preferences. Click that and you'll be able to add your gmail setting.
