I am still having problems sending emails. My hosting have given me the details you requested but there are a few different types. can you please assist me in letting me know exactly which ones are the correct ones to enter?

I am still having problems sending emails. My hosting have given me the details you requested but there are a few different types. can you please assist me in letting me know exactly which ones are the correct ones to enter?

    I get the feeling the details you are looking for are for sending emails from your accounts system? If so they should be the following
    Email Server Protocol: eg. smtp, smtps
    smtp
    Email Server Host: the name of your email server,
