Hi guys, I would like to use the default bullet as the server for my invoices but would like the invoices to come from lorgxx@gmail.com can you help me. I have created invoices but people can’t see them can you help as soon as possible. thanks Loretta

    It's the easiest and simplest way for you to do it Loretta, trust me. Just print out your invoices or take not of them and create a new account with the correct email address.

    We let you change the email address you can use as I've explained before.
    Gmail is a different fish to other hosting companies.
    Just create another account and everything will work for you. You've only 3 invoices so it will only take you a second.

    Loretta, you can do all of that. The problem is you don't understand what information you need to put into Bullet for that. I can't help you if you don't understand.
    "I'm not hosting via gmail at the moment" all gmail accounts are hosted on gmail. I'm just trying to help you here.
    What you need to do is the following.
    Sign-up to Bullet using the email address that you want to appear on the invoices.
    When you have that done
    Go to Settings > Email Preferences and enter the correct information that we request.
    If you don't know how to get that information, which is the case, find a local tech support team and they'll help you.
    You'll find it easier doing it with someone in front of you.

    I totally understand that all gmail are hosted by gmail - i'll start again and hope for the best - this is the bit im confused about and my local tec person I engaged with this am was - the person that set up all my hosting etc By default, any invoices / payslips that you email from bullethq.com are emailed from the bullethq.com email server with your name and email address. This is fine for most people, but if you would rather the emails to come from your own servers then you can specify the details below

    Yep, you've said all of that.
    Create a new account
    Go to Settings > Email Preferences and enter the correct information that we request.
    That's all you need to do.
