Hi Emma. You sure, we’ve run tones of tests on them. What kind of error are you getting?
This works fine for me. What browser are you using? Are you on desktop or mobile? Do you get an error message? At what part of the process does it fail, after you click Review or Save?

You should see a preview of the invoice on the right, instead of just the blank pane.
