Hi, 
What exactly do you mean. 
Do you mean you, you pay a bill like electricity and you want to attach a scanned copy of that bill to the bill in Bullet?

    Just today we had someone ask for a copy of invoices and I had to sift through all invoices and scan in one by one

    Cool.
    So you want to tell that person you've better things to be doing rage
    No you can do the following.
    Connect Bullet to you Dropbox or Google Drive.
    Create an account with Dropbox/Google Drive
    Login to Bullet
    Click on the App Store (at the bottom left)
    Add which every service you prefer (dropbox/google)
    Bullet will ask for you login details, once added you've now connected Bullet to a drive.
    Add a Bill as normal and just click "Attach Files", and browse to your file.

    Perfect I shall do that. and then say if for example I wanted to print off all my electricity bills is there a way of doing that through Bullet or would I be better off doing that from Dropbox

    Better with Dropbox. You can print all the bills via Bullet as that's what we centralise. But dropbox will centralise all the files.
    Remember revenue except electronic formats so you don't need to keep hard copies.

    Yep that is what I am looking to do here. I have folders full of invoices and my desk gets very overloaded
