Sure, but that’s nothing really to do with Bullet or Bullet sending invoices. You need to check the settings in Bullet. 
Just check your mail and you’ll see an invoice from me. Can you click and open it for me please.

    if i have two accounts under the same email address would that have an effect on the emails

Nope. Just make sure you’ve the right information from Gmail. 
So you can see from the history in the comments tab that the invoice was sent and delivered. 
We use Gmail in the office.

    Yep. Just click on the invoice and you'll see comments on the right.

    cool they all have been sent to my email but not one has been received. It must be how i have setup the email wrong

    any joy with it? i dont mind if the emails come from my account or your account just so i can send an invoice is all. At the moment i have to download everyone and send from my gmail. it has to be something simple as it use to work in the old account perfect

    If you don't want to give it to me and are happy with invoices coming form Bullet I'll just remove your gmail stuff and test the bullet account.

    I don't know what else I can do. We're not having that error with any other account.
    Did you follow the correct instructions http://www.screencast.com/t/hOLFEqqenFx , you have to activate your gmail account security.

    yeah i know fairplay all il lsay is it worked perfect with same email address and account on the first bullet account. So it might be something with having two accounts and the same email account that stops it from working. Is there many double accounts that use the same email?

    I'm not sure, we allow multi companies. My own demo account on gmail has 8 companies hanging off it.
    I'm not sure what else I can do for you. We can only test to the Bullet wall.
    Did you setup the new company with a different email address?

    Hi,
    I ran tests on both companies with your current gmail settings and they all failed. I then removed the gmail settings and just use the default Bullet settings (our wall) and they both worked fine.
    That means there is either a problem with your gmail account or how you set it up.
    See the video here, all test invoices have been removed.
