Hi my emails for invoices was working the other day and for no reason it has stopped it is on a gmail account and nothing has changed. is there a way to diagnose this issue and to get a notification in the future if the emails are not sending
We send 1,000’s of invoices a day so have tests running on that service all the time. We’re currently not seeing any errors on our system.
Try the following.
1) Check with your hoster that there isn’t any issues, password expiry etc.
2) Check your settings on Bullet to insure they’re right, your hoster should approve them.
3) If you’re still having issues then remove your own hosting settings till the issue is resolved with your hoster. You can still send invoices via Bullet’s address.
