    The thing is that its just my partner and I in the business and we're paying our taxes all along as if we're being paid in full but we only occasionally take wages (in this case its a grant that came in) and we're not taking the full amount. We did this before Christmas and its recorded in bullet but either I've forgotten how I did it or the option isn't there any more I think

    If it's a grant do you pay income tax on it. Are you sure you just didn't withdraw money?

    This is what I ended up with anyway. I remember doing it all in the one step as I pad the wages. When I try to enter in less it reduces the actual amount of wages and tax too which I don't want
