Also, whats the difference between an active recurring invoice and a non-active recurring invoice?

Can you forward me the details of the invoice and I’ll see if we can see it.
It’s either not activated (not sending) or expired (not sending)

Thanks peter, the details are at the bottom of the email I first sent. When I now click on the link it says email not found. Presumably because I deleted it.

With regards to recurring invoices. I am trying to set up a system whereby I get reminded to send an invoice on a certain date. I also then want to be able to track how much of our revenue is recurring versus once off payments.
  3. portablemedicalt August 15, 2016
How do I do this using bullet?
  4. Peter Connor August 15, 2016
Yep that might have cleared it from the system but I'll check.
So the recurring just sends. It doesn't remind you.
I'll come back to you on the recurring vs non.

    Okay, thanks

    Hi Kevin,
So you can just put recurring or what ever note you want in the reference field, export into Excel and use filters to workout your totals.
Here is a short animation http://recordit.co/JotEj33PLk I made for you.
    Thanks Pete

    Hi Kevin,
What do you mean by "Any way of seeing anything that was sent over the last few weeks?" are you talking invoice, bills, payslipts, specific invoices etc

    Hi Peter,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Any way of seeing a record of what emails were sent via bullet?
I think I may have sent one by mistake, but want to be sure.
On a separate note, what software are you using for animations?
    Kevin

    Hi Kevin,
    As in an invoice?
    That you might have deleted?
Which animation the emojis', they're just a free set of animated gifs. I've attached them.
If it's the screen grab software it's a free tool from http://www.recordit.co/ you can also use a tool called Lice. But, recordit is very nice.
    Hope that helps Pete

    Hi Peter,
I have got a tax exemption form from the revenue as I am now a resident in the U.S.. I plan to file personally in the U.S. in the next few months.
I am trying to remove all taxes applied in bullet so I can process my wages appropriately. How can I do this?
    Kind Regards

    Hi kevin,
Always best to open new calls with us, we close old ones and they can get lost if you update them. Just an FYI.
Bullet can't process tax exemption I'm sorry to say so you'll either need to do it manually or use another payroll product.
Sorry about that Kevin, but tax exemption is incredible rare so we don't cather for it just for mainstream payroll.

    Pete

    Okay, thanks Pete.
  15. Peter Connor August 15, 2016
Sorry about that Kevin. It's into an area of payroll we can't go into. Payroll is actually crazy complex to keep it simple we just pick the top 10 things. You can get all kinds of crazy things like foreign pensions etc
  16. portablemedicalt August 15, 2016
I can imagine, I will have a chat with my accountant and see what the best thing to do is to process it. Could I put it as an expense on the P&L or something?
  17. Peter Connor August 15, 2016
Oh yea you can do that. That's what you've to do with Xero. On the accounting side it's just to make sure something is there to match the money leaving your bank account.
