Sure. Sales – Money In. Purchase – Monday out.
You can export everything at the bottom of each menu on the left.
Or you can click settings and you’ll see an export function there.

    It's in a csv format which is excel.
    Yep just on client name and you see reports on the right

    one last question peter , re invoice from a suplier i entered last week for july that i had problem with if you remember , i was still not able to remove nor change it so i issued a credit note for it , thats the only way i could do change ,,, so it look like my suplier gave me an invoice and then a credit note ,,,,is that ok ?

    I thought you just wanted to edit it. You can't nor should remove invoices it leaves a gap in your reconciliation.
    Creating a credit note is the only way to do it. It leaves a paper trail for audit too.
