Hi D, Follow these steps: Add the multi user app
Add your new email address
Make new email address admin
Logout 
Login as new email address
Open multi user app
Delete your old email address
Uninstall the multi user app.

  1. Hi Pete, By choosing this it brings me to the a page where I have to input my card details for a recurring transactions. I don't understand this. Will I be charged for amending my email address to the correct user. The email presently used will be deleted and I need to use my business email

    You must have activated it before. You get 30 days free with every app. Which would give you town to change it.
  3. don't want to add a user I want to delete the email address I am using and use my work email address deirdre@dtss.ie. I had requested through the help option long time ago directly with yourselves. I got a reply to say that it was done but when I tried using my new email it didn't work so I reverted to using the original email address xxxxx@xxxxjsheahan.com. This email isn't available to me for much longer so I need to delete it and use my work email address xxxx@xxxs.ie to access bullet. Is it not possible to amend email addresses?

    Did you make sure you were logging onto the Irish server?
    When you login you see below the password a link asking you what server you want to login too.
  5. Yes I'm logged in at the moment. I always select the Irish server or it won't let me log in.

    So did you try logging into that server with your new address we setup for you.

    Yes I did and it didn’t work at the time. I emailed back to you to let you know and was told that you had changed it. I then just reverted to using the Deirdre@derekjsheahan email. Like I said this won’t be available to me much longer and I now need to use a different email address.

    You should have access to the multi user app now.
    Please follow these steps,
    Add the multi user app
    Add your new email address
    Make new email address admin
    Logout
    Login as new email address
    Open multi user app
    Delete your old email address
    Uninstall the multi user app.

    Thanks a mil for that.
    One problem though. I’ve logged in and changed the email address xxx@xxxs.ie to admin, logged out and now logged back in. For the life of me I can’t find out how to open the app to delete the old email address!. Maybe you might send me in the right direction when you get a chance please. Also when you say uninstall app does that mean press the Delete App option?

    Hi D,
    Sure, just click on the Cog in the top right hand corner everything to do with you and your companies setting are there.
    Just so you know we don't "delete", accounts but freeze them. Accounts might have been used to create invoices, bills etc, so we keep them just in case. But the account is deactivated.
