Hi there, Where can I change the notification email address? I’d like to keep my registered email for login but getting read notifications to a different email (routed to a chat system). Is it possible? Thanks, Jozsef

Hi J,
If you add that other email address as a user it should get notifications.
What chat app are you using?

  1. Thanks, Peter.
    Ehm.... Rephrasing the question:
Can I do that without the multi user app?

    Sorry no.
  3. by the way I'm using Glip
  4. In case I'd like to do it: can I change the registered email address?

Can I ask why Glip over Slack?
What from Bullet/Accounts would you like to see going into your chat app?
    Sure follow these steps:
    Add the multi user app
    Add your new email address
    Make new email address admin
    Logout
    Login as new email address
    Open multi user app
    Delete your old email address
    Uninstall the multi user app.

  6. I'd like to see read notifications but I'd prefer them not hitting my inbox.
  7. I've found Slack very intimidating and overly geek. I needed something that is more user friendly and has an extremely low entry threshold.
Glip worked out very well, I use it exclusively for all my client communication by now.

    Cool.
Does it feed client mails from your inbox into glip. It's a nice marketing site.
  9. I get an email address for each chat so clients can keep emailing me without even registering there
  10. Thanks for the fixes with estimates and emails, the improved line item description works wonders too.
I recommend Bullet over Wave now to everyone. :)
Only if taking online payments was a bit cheaper. Maybe one day you will split it off from the enhanced invoicing...

Thanks for the answers we're bringing out a chat app for Bullet similar to Glip but for mobile, desktop web etc, you'll upload your receipts into it and will be able to chat to the Bullet team like intercom.
You'll also be able to chat to your Bullet accounts /balance, /outstanding, /todos etc. We'll also be offering a Virtual Ass service too. It's not finalised yet but something along those lines.
You're welcome - keep the feedback coming! We're always listening we just wait till some feature is getting a lot of heat then we change it - otherwise we'd be changing it every two min's.
  12. Cool, I'm sure you will keep me informed :)
  13. Thanks
