Hi Garrett,
If you click on “Accountant & Report Tools” and select Reports, then click on General Ledger, select your dates and select Update, and then click on “Export Summary” or “Export Detailed”.

    Thanks John but it would seem that it does not give opening nor closing account balances to tie up to Trial Balance? Is this correct?

    Hi Garrett,
    No, the general ledger summary/detail reports only include the transaction recorded within the specified date, and don't show cumulative state. Note that you can also select a start date for the TB, so that if you give both reports the same start and end date, they should give the same values (by default, the start date of the TB is blank, meaning it will show the position from the start of the accounts).
