Hi, we are just starting to try your software. First two invoices were fine and then the next two invoices just get lost somewhere: the system says they are emailed, but noone even myself not getting them. Any suggestions why?

As in they’re getting lost in Bullet or your email system?

  1. Weil, on your system they are recorded and it does say that they have been emailed, but noone has received them. They are lost in the digital/ cyber world :(

    Hi,
    We send 1,000's of invoices a day so have tests running on that service all the time.
    If you having issue with invoicing in the future.
    1) Check with your hoster that there isn't any issues.
    2) Check your settings on Bullet to insure they're right, your hoster should approve them.

    3) If you're still having issues then remove your own hosting settings till the issue is resolved with your hoster. You can still send invoices via Bullet's address.
    4) The issue might be that that gmail now forces you to enable access to less secure apps in the admin area and apparently that now includes Bullet too!
