Hi, 
I don’t understand your question. Bullet tried to bill you? We don’t use direct debit, we bill your credit card. 
Let me know and I’ll give you a better answer.

    Okay. Yes I received an email from you saying payment was declined. Can you tell me what card details you have? Thanks.

    Hi,
    Just click on Settings and Account Details. You'll see all the cards there and you'll be able to change them there too.
