hiya….sorry back again. My clients aren’t receiving my mails from Bullet. I just sent an invoice to my husband (thats how I roll) and he didn’t get it. And then I got mails from Intact, MobiMountain both saying they haven’t received invoices either.

I won’t ask what he was invoiced for. 
Just check your email I sent you an invoice.

    Hi Aileen,
    I received my test invoice see here.
    We send 1,000's of invoices a day so have tests running on that service all the time. We're currently not seeing any errors on our system.
    Try the following.
    1) Check with your hoster that there isn't any issues.
    2) Check your settings on Bullet to insure they're right, your hoster should approve them.

    3) If you're still having issues then remove your own hosting settings till the issue is resolved with your hoster. You can still send invoices via Bullet's address.
    4) The issue might be that that gmail now forces you to enable access to less secure apps in the admin area and apparently that now includes Bullet too!

    If your talking about your hosting details I'm only familiar with gmail and I also need your password to test it so it's hard for me to test it remotely.
    I see you're with am20 so they'll be able to help you.
    Just be assured that Bullet is working 100%, and you've had a invoice delivered from a different hosting account (us) if they ask.

  8. hiya. I've just got onto my hosting company and sent them a screenshot. They said all the details entered are correct. Would you know anything else I can try? I've sent myself tests and am not getting them.

    Did they say the mails we're coming through or were they getting any errors.
    The engine that I use to mail invoice is the same as you, the only difference is who sends them. With you it's Siteground with me it's Google.
    I'm not sure what else to say to you Aileen. You can remove your setting if you want Bullet to send them. But, I'm not in control of your email servers so there is nothing really I can do.

    You can see the invoice is being sent in the system.
    You can see that my bullet account (gmail) received it.
    You can see our delivery status is 'Excellent' from Mandril.
    We diliver all the receipts for Adverts.ie if our system failed they'd be all over it!
