Click bank accounts on the left and click the bank account that appears and click edit.

    I have a pdf of headed paper that I would like my invoices to appear on. is there anyway that I can do this? importing the pdf or Jpeg?

    Nope. Can bring in a header image but you can't import and old invoice.
    Everything to do with invoices is in invoice/settings.

    thanks peter I wanted to edit the emails template which is attached to the invoice. how can I do that please?

    Everything to do with invoices is in Invoice > Invoice settings then click edit on the bottom. That's it!
