Q: How Do I Do A Credit Note for Customers With Bullets Free Online Invoicing Software?

Where can I find the tab in order to create a credit note for Customers who only part pay or cancel the order in full.

Hi Mary,
If you click into the Invoice in question, you’ll see a “Create Credit Note” link on the right-hand side.  Click on that, fill in the details, review and save.  You can then email the credit note to you client.
