i’m have exported transaction data from ulster bank in CSV format but when I try to import the statement into bullet I get the error –
Cannot Import File
There was a problem with the imported file: Invalid header
Any ideas what might be happening here?

Don’t forget you can get free instant support by clicking on the (?) on your dashboard as a Bullet customer.
Sure, if you click “other” in the list of banks in that drop down. You’ll be presented with a template excel spreadsheet.
Download that and copy your data into the columns, don’t change the headings.
