Hi,
You mustn’t have selected VAT Registered in the drop down menu when setting up your account. Are you VAT registered?

Hi Peter,
I wasn’t VAT registered when I set up a Bullet account.
I realise from the forums that you can change my account for me to VAT registered.
Please amend my account accordingly.

That's done now Gerry - you'll see vat dropdown now when you create invoices and bills from now on. You'll also see VAT returns popping up in your TODO list and Taxes area. You are now officially an 'unpaid tax collector
