Hi, Whats the correct way to enter a tax refund ?

Sorry just saw your title, PAYE.
We create workflows with the accounting knowledge built into them for the most common activities. Everything outside of that is done with manual journal entries. If you’re not familiar with manual journal entries we’d advise you get an accountant to assist you, if you don’t have one we can recommend one.
You can invite your accountant using our multi user mode so he/she can have their own access. Simply click My Company > Manage Users > and pop in their email, we’ll handle everything else. You can see a little animation of how simple that is.

He he .. no worries.. neither am I !! Will give the actual accountant access as you advised. :) Bullet is a great product for me as I just do the basic bookkeeping for the business.

The main attraction is the ease of use .. the only thing would be a 'one-click' report to show a full 12 months P&L. The system gives you monthly/3 Months and have to run each month individually to export a 12 month report... aside from that .. I find it extremely easy to use and have no accounts background !
Hey well that’s really good. I’m glad to hear. You can run reports over any period, Bullet doesn’t work on a year end basis.

Yep it runs a 12 month but I suppose it the resulting report that allows me export to excel. In other words, the report shows one column with accumulated summary of the year is displayed (as per the video) but it would be great to get a month by month break down, a bit like the 3 month summary but for 12 and the each month is visible and it exports to excel.... Only a small thing !! -

I'll add that to our features list. Reports etc will be getting better this year.
