I am trying to add a director to show a director loan into the company however when i click the link on the side it loads a create employee page???

Hi,
To add a director you have to add an employee. I’m afraid it’s just the way the system is setup and in the SMB market most Directors are active employees or not active in the company at all. 
You can add them and not bother to fill out their tax details. It’s just used for the purpose of the loan.

    Sure. If you're setting up employees you can import your P2C file and we generate all the tax details, and employee details automatically so you're 100% correct.

    Here is a doc on what to do next. It runs over everything you need to do when you form a company. You should have got it when you signed up to Bullet.
    It will tell you in simple language all the taxes etc that you need to know about, what forms to fill out. It's actually pretty simple but it's just never in the one place. So we put it in the one place.
    Have a read of it - and you'll know what to do.
    When you're registered for tax and setup on ROS. You simply email revenue to say that you've added a new employee (you email Revenue their name, pps, address that's all) they'll add them to your company's P2C file and email you.
    Simply import that file into Wages > Import P2C file and we'll set you up instantly making sure you're 100% compliant. Then just pay people. We automate all your mid year tax returns.

  9. Thanks for your help, i just realised that i didn't receive any emails when i set up the account as i entered the wrong email address, is there any way i can fix this ?

    Follow these steps:
    Add the multi user app
    Add your new email address
    Make new email address admin
    Logout
    Login as new email address
    Open multi user app
    Delete your old email address
    Uninstall the multi user app.

  11. i added the new email address and logged out however i can't go back in under the new email address as i don't have a password for the new email address and i can't find how to get back into the cult user app to add or delete email addresses

    You need to check your new email addressses email. Bullet will have sent you a link to create an account there.
